Anstatt Menschen mit solch belanglosen Themen zu beschaeftigen, sollten Sie Ihren sogenannten online-service (onlineservices@UBS.com) fragen, wie lange es dauert, ueber diese offizielle mail-Addresse eine Antwort zu erhalten. Ich warte seit ueber 14 Tage auf eine Antwort. Zuvor habe ich es vergebens ueber Hr.Treffzer versucht, der mein offizieller Kundenbetreuer sein soll.
Well, I think you may have missed the point there Herr Himmler (and I’m struggling to make a typically English joke about the name) but this is a travel site and has nothing to do with UBS. Good luck in contacting your customer advisor btw.
