The Cailler factory in Broc, near Lake Geneva, has a visitors’ tour. There’s a guide, and all stages of production are covered, with interactive and audiovisual aids.
But the question you want to ask is – do they give out samples?

mein Sohn Philipp ist von Durban/Südafrika ist in der Woche 29 mit seiner Familie (Frau und 2 Kinder) auf Urlaub und möcvhte gerne mit seiner Familie Ihre Schokolade-Fabrik besuchen/besichtigen. Ist dies am 14 oder 15/16 Juli möglich?
